ALLURE LOFT: The large window faces West (sunset) which allows perfect even lighting during the day and beautiful sunset lighting. Sheer and partial shade curtains are provided for you to control the lighting as you see fit and do an excellent job at defusing any evening sun. LUXE LOFT: The window toward the back of the room faces north and the window to the right of the room faces east (sunrise). The sun is brightest in the room in the morning. START AND END TIMES: Please book with set up and tear down/clean up in mind. Renters may be booked back to back, therefor, do not enter the studio before your listed start time and please complete the checkout procedures and exit at your end time. Do not assume you can stay beyond your end time, as someone may be scheduled right after you. If you need time added, please notify us BEFORE your session and we will see if there is availability for additional time. IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR START TIME OR END AFTER YOUR END TIME, A ONE HOUR INCREMENT WILL BE APPLIED IMMEDIATELY TO THE RENTER'S METHOD OF PAYMENT BY WHICH THE RENTER SECURED THEIR STUDIO RENTAL. CHECKOUT AND CLEANING PROCEDURES: ​ To make the studio a positive experience for you and other photographers that follow, please follow the check-out procedures located on the back of the door or refer to the cleaning procedure checklist here and provided in your confirmation email. Cleaning supplies are provided. If the studio cleaning checklist is not complete and the studio is not in a satisfactory state, a $50 fee will be applied immediately to the Renter’s method of payment by which the Renter secured their Studio Rental. ​ CANCELATION POLICY: ​ AS STATED IN THE RENTAL CONTRACT, ALL RENTALS ARE NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. If the studio needs to close due to weather restrictions which may cause unsafe travel, all renters will be credited for the amount they paid. The credit will be good for 30 days from their original scheduled rental date and must be used all in one booking. Renters should rent with the expectation that your payment is non-refundable and plan your business policies accordingly. Please take into consideration that setting up and tearing down are strictly included in your booking time. RESCHEDULING POLICY: ​ It is the Studio's sole discretion to approve or deny any reschedule requests. If we are able to accommodate your rescheduled request, you must reschedule your session within 30 days or your credit will no longer be applied. You must use your credit all in one booking and at the same studio you originally booked. ​ STUDIO LIMITATIONS: ​ No confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, liquids, vaping, powders, smoking or open flames may be used in the studio. Cake smashes are allowed with restrictions. Please bring your own cleaning supplies and notify us first. You are renting East End Loft only and not the hallways or open community spaces, etc. Photographers are not permitted to photograph anywhere other than East End Loft. Pets are not permitted. You may bring your own props but absolutely NO CARTS, FURNITURE OR HEAVY EQUIPMENT OF ANY KIND ON THE PASSENGER ELEVATOR. The building is very strict about this and will ask you to leave. Should any of the above studio limitations not be followed, a $50 fee will be applied immediately to the Renter’s method of payment by which the Renter secured their Studio Rental.

When you book the studio, you will receive a booking confirmation email with detailed instructions and procedures. You will receive the access code 24 hours before your session.

You only have full access to the studio you rented.

Yes, it is a requirement by East End Loft as well at the Rockwell building that every renter has liability/business insurance to rent the studio which you agree to in your contract.

Everything you see in the studio is yours to utilize unless there is a sign on it. Since our bedding is for aesthetic purposes only, we strongly recommend and encourage you bring your own bedding.

​All studio payments are non-refundable and we ask that you please plan your business practice accordingly. We understand things come up, people get sick and emergencies happen. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate and apply your credit to be used within 30 days of your session. Rescheduling requests will not be approved if cancelled within 48 hours of your session. If the studio needs to close due to inclement weather and unsafe travel based on our discretion, you will be credited for the amount you paid to use within 30 days of your original scheduled session. Your credit cannot be split between multiple sessions. ​

Although we love pets, unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time

Simply click the book now button to reserve the studios. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email reviewing studio policies and procedures. 24 hours before your session, you will receive a reminder email with directions on how to enter the studio and use the elevators. Yes, there is a cleaning cart in both studios. There is a short cleaning checklist provided in your emails which consists of swiffering the floor and disinfecting surface areas.

We provide images here on our site to give you the most accurate description of our studio spaces however, fifteen minute self tours are available. Please contact us to schedule your self tour.

Yes. We are on the 6th floor. There is a passenger elevator as soon as you walk in to the left. There is also a freight elevator for heavy equipment with detailed instructions in your booking confirmation email.

Yes! There is a free parking lot connected to the building and across the street labeled 3M parking. Parking directions will be provided when you book the studio.
