Yes. Studio Neva gets beautiful east-facing morning light that spills across the wainscoting wall. The studio also has beautiful, even light throughout the remainder of the day thanks to its size, white walls, and light blonde flooring, making it a consistently well-lit space. Light-filtering curtains are provided so you can adjust brightness as needed.

In our 400 sq. ft. space, we recommend a 24mm lens for distance and wide shots. For portraits, you’ll get great results with 35mm, 55mm, though keep in mind the tighter focal lengths may feel a little more restricted in this space. Studio promotional photos of the studio were taken with a 24mm, aside from the backdrop photo which was taken with a 55mm.

Yes. We have an abundance of free parking directly in front of the studio and along the side, making load-in and client arrivals easy.

Studio Neva is a boutique-styled space with 400 square feet and 9-foot ceilings, cozy, curated, and perfect for intimate sessions. It is 14 feet wide by 28 feet long.

Everything in the studio is included with your rental such as curated furniture, props, seating, Bluetooth speaker, and access to all styling elements. The only exception is paper backdrops, which are available for $20 per color rental.

Yes. A bathroom is available on-site inside the studio for your convenience.

Yes. In the winter, the heat is set to 68. In warmer months, there is an AC unit above the door that can be turned on with a convenient switch set to 66. The space tends to stay relatively cool without it, but the AC is a nice bonus to have.

No, pets are not permitted at this time.

Yes, backdrops are available to rent at Studio Neva. Paper backdrops can be added for $20 per color rental.

Yes, complimentary WiFi is included in your rental.

Yes — liability business insurance is required when renting the studio. This is agreed upon in the contract to ensure protection for both you and the studio.
