Is there an extra fee for holiday sets?

There is no additional fee for holiday sets — we wanted to keep them included so your sessions remain simple, festive, and affordable.

Question 2

Can I move the holiday sets?

Accepted Answer

Holiday sets are not permitted to be moved. Limited exceptions apply in select studios as outlined below. Any unauthorized movement or failure to return items to their original placement will result in a $100 repositioning fee.

Luxe Loft: Only the bed may be moved to access the picture frame wall and must be returned to its original placement. The white sofa may also be moved but must be returned to its original placement. Bows and trees may not be moved under any circumstances.
Urban Loft: Benches may be moved within the space but must be returned to their original placement.
Allure Loft: Holiday sets may not be moved under any circumstances.

What is included in my holiday rental?

Everything you see in the studio is included!

Paper backdrops at Studio Neva are available for an additional $20 fee and are not included in the base rental.

Can I download and share promotional photos from the galleries?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the promotional photos are complimentary and available for you to download and share. They’re provided so you can easily advertise your holiday sessions and showcase the festive sets to your clients.

What are your holiday policies?

Cleaning Requirements
A $100 fee will be charged if the cleaning checklist is not completed in full. There will be no warning emails, and failure to comply may result in being banned from future bookings. Please be considerate of the photographers renting after you. Cleaning supplies are provided, and the checklist can be found in your reminder email.

Rescheduling Policy
There is a strict no-rescheduling policy for holiday-season bookings. Please plan your business schedule accordingly, as no exceptions will be approved. You may add time to your booking if availability allows, simply reach out to arrange this.

Damage Reporting
If something breaks, please report it immediately so it can be replaced promptly.

Food & Drinks
During the holiday season, no food or drinks for clients are permitted in the studios (except water or for medical needs). Photographers and assistants may have food and drinks.

Question 6

Is there complimentary time for tear down?

Accepted Answer

Yes! At the end of your booking, you will receive 15 complimentary minutes to complete cleaning and checkout procedures. This time is not part of your booked session and must not be used for shooting. It is strictly for cleanup and checkout. This is during the holiday season ONLY.
